I had the pleasure of going into the shop today. I had to get an oil change after traveling from New Orleans evacuating from Hurricane Ida. I met Carlos who was extra nice and friendly. We engaged in a conversation for about 20 minutes. This young man really made me feel welcomed and assured me my car was in good hands. These guys are exceptional!
